Hey everyone - we've got some great news.

As of week commencing 23rd June, we will be back in all the parks TWO DAYS A WEEK!

It'll be just as we used to be, but incase anyone's forgotten here's a reminder:

Patchway will be Mondays & Wednesdays
Thornbury will be Mondays & Wednesdays
Yate will be Tuesdays & Thursdays
Filton will be Tuesdays & Thursdays

We look forward to seeing you all more often again!

Hey everyone - I'm back from my trip, so will be at the park with Emma K this afternoon...let's hope the weather gets a bit better!

We're going to bring the nets again, which we'll bring out if it stops raining (it's a bit too dangerous if it's wet), otherwise we'll hopefully be able to play some games in the ruts if the glass has been cleaned up.

Heya - don't forget that we're only going to be in the parks on WEDNESDAYs after school for a little while, as we're short staffed at the moment.

Hopefully we'll get some new Play Rangers soon, then we can get back to being in the parks twice a week!

On Wednesday we have a few fun games to play, although we would like our football back after someone took it with them last Monday.

On Monday we're going to bring some dressing up clothes and some bits and pieces to make our own mini-gardens....we'll play some tennis and football too I expect as well.

Wednesday we'll have the parachute (as long as it's not too windy!) and we'll have a go at making our own "Mini Books"...like those pirate/spy game books you had with Emma and Nicky a few weeks ago.

Anyone got any other ideas?

Hey everyone today is my last day.

I am sorry I have not made it to the park this week but I have not been very well.

I have enjoyed meeting all of you and the sessions in the park. Don't forget to keep playing.

Monday we will be asking you to design your own game that we can then play during the session. We will also be bringing some fresh fruit for you to try and you can make your own friut kebab!

Wednesday we will be bringing the cricket set and some catapults that are really good fun! We will also be bringing some magazines for you to cut up and make some funny pictures with.

This week we are going to try some new games. We are goinng to try a new version of dodgeball called 'Achilles Heel' and 'Blanket Voleyball'.
We will also be bringing some hula hoops and setting you a challenge using those hula hoops.

Hey guys looks like the weather is looking better this week so hopefully we can do loads more activities.

Hey everyone, not long till Christmas now!
This will be our last week in the parks till the new year so we are going to make it a good one.
Monday we will be bringing some arts and crafts and trying to keep warm so we can play tag and manhunt.
Wednesday we will be having a party. We will bring some food and play some party games. Some of you asked to play pin the nose on Rudolf so we will do that. We will also play some other games.

Hey you guys!

How is every one? Well December is here which means........... Christmas is just around the corner.

This week we will be bringing some new clay that comes in different colours. We know how much you enjoy making models so we thought we wold bring some different clay to use.

We thought we could also set you a challenge. Everyone loves to use the spinning plates so we thought we would see if you can make your own just using a paper plate and a twig!?!

Hopefully we will be able to bring the nets as well.

Hey guys!

Weather has been a bit rubbish this week. We are glad to see that some of you still come out though!

Next week we thought being as it is so cold we would bring the fire building stuff to keep us nice and warm, no firemen this time though we hope!

We also thought we could make some natural pictures using the leaves and twigs in the park. We will bring some random objects and see how many different games we can play using those objects.

Our first Super Saturday was a great success, it was great to see so many of you on a chilly Saturday morning!

Today we've been to Thornbury FM and had a great chat with Gary Price, and then went to Gillingstool for an assembly (thanks for helping us out Tanisha, Zach, Josh, Pierce, and Charlotte!).

This afternoon we're doing another assembly(!), this time at Christ The King school, and then we'll be at the park with some paints to finish off the candle holders, some more clay in case you didn't make one the other day, and the parachute.

As for Wednesday........we've not planned it yet: we want your ideas. What shall we do on Wednesday?

Wednesday we thought we would try a new game called Capture The Flag. If you are not sure how to play the game come on down to the park to find out..........

Hey everyone!

Hope you are all ok. We really enjoyed yesterdays session. I have not played Rock, Paper, Scissors for years! Can't believe how bad I was though!

This Wednesday we will be bringing the nets to build some hammocks with. A few of you asked us on Monday could we bring the nets next time so as promised we will!

Hey guys

just a quick reminder that we're not going to be in the park on Monday (3rd September) :(

We will be back Wednesday though, doing some kite making so keep your fingers crossed we get a little bit of wind!

So have a great first day back at school, and a great big massive huge GOOD LUCK!!! to everyone moving up to secondary school - we know it might seem a little scary, but remember that there will be a couple of hundred other new Year 7s...all feeling a bit scared too...so you'll make loads of new friends in no time!

I know we're usually out in all weathers, but last night was soooooooo windy we thought it'd be a bit unsafe to be out near all those trees!

Will be making a fires this monday, we are bring some sausages and pancake mixture ( i know its not really pancake day yet, but close enough!!) Nicky and I will be at the park earlier than normal, we will be there from about 12 o'clock. Barry will be coming later on,probably when he smells those sausages cooking!
We wont just be doing fire, we are bringing the sports equipment and den buiding box as well.
